Hi Sister - Welcome!
Meet The Inner-Sisters
For generations, women have been shaped by expectations that encouraged us to be agreeable, polished, and easy to digest. We became capable and composed, but often at the cost of pieces of ourselves we learned to mute or hide. Those authentic parts didn’t disappear - they slipped into the shadows. And that is where the Inner-Sisters live.
The Inner-Sisters are the inner roles we created to protect ourselves when the world felt too demanding, too loud, or too unsafe. They’re the parts that learned to please, perfect, smooth things over, fix, avoid, or stay two steps ahead. They aren’t flaws - they’re adaptations. They stepped in with the best intentions, trying to keep us safe from hurt, rejection, or disappointment.
This space is your invitation to meet them with compassion and curiosity - to understand how they’ve shaped your life and why they still show up the way they do. After all, they’re not bad, they're just a little misunderstood.
